Unfortunately I received a wand with a broken tip but I contacted customer service and they replied right away and apologized and said they could send me a replacement at no charge! I loved opening all of these crystals!!! Along with my order I also got two free gifts, and an information card for each crystal! They are all well crafted and beautiful.
