The Witch’s Mystery Scoop does not use our ordinary ready-to-ship product system.

Before the Witch Market opens, time is needed to prepare and inspect the new collection, match every magical stone with its corresponding treasure, assign the 20 hidden treasures to the Destiny Dice, and complete the mystery cups.

📅 Pre-Order Ends September 1

The pre-order period will end on September 1.

Beginning September 1, pre-order packages will start their journey through the Owl Post and local delivery partners.

Orders placed after the pre-order period ends will enter the regular shipping process and will no longer require the pre-order preparation period.

This preparation ensures that every magical stone corresponds to a real Witch Market Treasure and every number on the Destiny Dice summons the correct hidden treasure. 🔮

✨ How Your Witch Market Order Works

Every order begins with two 20-sided Destiny Dice, followed by your chosen number of mystery scoops.

🎲 Two Hidden Treasures

We roll two 20-sided dice before the scooping begins.

Each number from 1 to 20 represents a different Hidden Market Treasure.

The two numbers rolled will summon two corresponding hidden treasures, and both will be added to your order.

🥄 Your Mystery Scoops

After the hidden treasures are summoned, the Witch Market opens.

We will draw the number of scoops you selected from the mystery cup.

Each scoop contains approximately 7–9 magical stones.

🔮 One Stone, One Treasure

Every magical stone represents one Witch Market Treasure.

This means:

1 Scoop = Approximately 7–9 Witch Market Treasures

All treasures revealed by your magical stones, together with your two summoned hidden treasures, will be carefully packed and sent to you.

Every order includes two Summoning Spells and two Banishing Spells.

We will do our best to summon them when available, but they are not guaranteed.

For non-remote areas, parcels will be delivered by Owl Couriers and local delivery partners. Standard shipping costs are covered by the Witch Market.

2. No Cancellation After Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed and the ritual begins, it cannot be canceled, changed or withdrawn. Please review all order details carefully before confirmation.

3. Young Wizards
Orders placed by underage Wizards must be completed with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Worry-Free Aftercare
If any item arrives missing, incorrect, or damaged, the wizard may contact Witch Market at info@kikicrystal.com with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. Witch Market will review the request with care and provide a fair and thoughtful resolution within 24 hours. 

5. Every Treasure Is Unique
The Witch Market contains handmade, vintage and naturally sourced treasures. Natural textures, signs of age and handmade marks are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. Please order with care if such details are a concern.

6. Treasure Substitutions
If a revealed treasure becomes unavailable, a similar treasure of the same category and comparable value may be provided as a replacement. Thank you for understanding. ✨
