I ordered 2 scoops and wow I got a lot. My requests were met and I loved every piece. Unfortunately I received a wand with a broken tip but I contacted customer service and they replied right away and apologized and said they could send me a replacement at no charge! What great customer service! I love purchasing from Kiki. The only thing I regret is not getting a video but I know I will be purchasing this 2.0 mystery box again and will definitely get a video! I got a yellow calcite point, a lapis leaf, a rose quartz moon, a palmstone red jasper, a heart moss agate, and a 1.5 inch blue quartzite sphere. I love the point snd the sphere!!
I loved opening all of these crystals!!! Along with my order I also got two free gifts, and an information card for each crystal! They are all well crafted and beautiful. I saw an advert on social media and it caught my eye due to the Lava like appearance when exposed to ultraviolet light. The bracelet is beautiful. It took a good 14 days to arrive but I wouldn't expect anything less considering it came from China! My wife loves it and that's the most important thing. X
