2. Politique de remboursement
Pour tout produit contrefait ou artificiel (à l'exception de ceux explicitement mentionnés), nous offrons un double remboursement. Si le colis est perdu en raison de problèmes d'expédition, nous renverrons les articles gratuitement. En règle générale, il faut 7 à 14 jours ouvrables pour enquêter sur un suivi d'expédition perturbé, mais une fois que le fournisseur de services de livraison confirme que le colis est perdu, nous vous enverrons immédiatement un nouveau colis. Si le produit est endommagé en raison de l'expédition, nous vous fournirons un remplacement gratuit. Cependant, nous devons préciser que les produits en cristal naturel ou les articles faits à la main peuvent présenter des défauts inhérents, qui ne relèvent pas de notre définition de « dommage ».

The purple flash is amazing on this lab. Plus the orange streak? I have a lot of blue/green flashes but the purple/orange combo is A++.

Every piece in the mystery box is amazing! The huge slab of tourmaline in quartz is so beautiful and something I've wanted in my collection. The volcanic agate sphere is so pretty in person, the picture doesn't do it justice.
