Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  • Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact us at info@kikicrystal.com to start your return.
  2. Shipping Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and details on where to send your package.
    • Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a transit damage or our error (see exceptions below).

Damages, Issues, and Exceptions

Transit Damage or Errors
  • Free Transit Damage Replacement:
    If your product arrives with obvious impact damage or external injuries due to shipping, contact us immediately.  We will provide a free replacement or full refund for the damaged item. For fragile items such as mineral specimens, we will first assess the damage percentage and attempt to provide a replacement. If a substitute cannot be found, we will offer a compensation plan based on the evaluated damage severity (e.g., partial or full refund).
  • Handling Errors:
    If we sent the wrong item, a defective product, or made a processing error, we will provide a new replacement product or negotiate compensation with you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
  • Used or opened goods (e.g., candles, cosmetics).
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:
  1. Return the original item (follow the return process above).
  2. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing:

    • We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected.
    • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
