1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not offer free returns or exchanges once your package has been dispatched. If the package has been collected, recalling it is often not possible, and if it cannot be recalled, we are unable to process a return for you. However, you can cancel your order without any charges before it is shipped, and we will process your refund immediately.

2. Refund Policy

For any counterfeit or artificial products (excluding those explicitly stated), we offer a double refund. If the package is lost due to shipping issues, we will resend the items for free. Typically, it takes 7-14 business days to investigate a disrupted shipping track, but once the shipping provider confirms the package is lost, we will immediately send you a new package. If the product is damaged due to shipping, we will provide a free replacement. However, we must clarify that natural crystal products or handmade items may have inherent flaws, which do not fall under our definition of 'damage'.
