If your product arrives with obvious impact damage or external injuries due to shipping, contact us immediately. We will provide a free replacement or full refund for the damaged item. For fragile items such as mineral specimens, we will first assess the damage percentage and attempt to provide a replacement. If a substitute cannot be found, we will offer a compensation plan based on the evaluated damage severity (e.g., partial or full refund). -
Handling Errors:
If we sent the wrong item, a defective product, or made a processing error, we will provide a new replacement product or negotiate compensation with you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
- Used or opened goods (e.g., candles, cosmetics).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to:
