Shipping Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and details on where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior return approval willnot be accepted.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a transit damage or our error (see exceptions below).

Transit Damage or Errors
Free Transit Damage Replacement: If your product arrives withobvious impact damage or external injuriesdue to shipping, contact us immediately.We will provide a free replacement or full refund for the damaged item. For fragile items such as mineral specimens, we will first assess the damage percentage and attempt to provide a replacement. If a substitute cannot be found, we will offer a compensation plan based on the evaluated damage severity (e.g., partial or full refund).
Handling Errors: If we sent the wrong item, a defective product, or made a processing error,we will provide a new replacement product or negotiate compensationwith you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom products(e.g., special orders, personalized items).
Used or opened goods(e.g., candles, cosmetics).
Gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us at info@kikicrystal.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to:
Return the original item (follow the return process above).
Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing:
We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow7 business daysfor your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Customs clearance took a long time but once this was in my hands I was very impressed. The figurine has cnc layer lines on it, but they're tolerable. All in all beautiful piece.

This is such a fun experience! Its obvious that the crystals were chosen with me in mind as they really paid attention to my note. It was packaged amazingly well and I received it in about 10 days. I can't wait to place another order!
