Instrucciones de Envío: Si tu devolución es aprobada, proporcionaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución y detalles sobre dónde enviar tu paquete.
Importante: Los artículos devueltos sin aprobación previa de devoluciónno serán aceptados.
Costos de Envío de Devolución:
Los costos de envío de devolución son responsabilidad del comprador, a menos que la devolución se deba a un daño en tránsito o a nuestro error (ver excepciones a continuación).

La forma más rápida de obtener un artículo diferente es:
Devuelve el artículo original (sigue el proceso de devolución anterior).
Una vez que tu devolución sea aceptada, realiza una compra separada para el nuevo artículo.
Procesamiento de Reembolsos:
Te notificaremos por correo electrónico una vez que tu devolución sea recibida e inspeccionada.
Si se aprueba, los reembolsos se emitirán a tu método de pago original.
Por favor, permite7 días hábilespara que tu banco o compañía de tarjeta de crédito procese el reembolso.

The purple flash is amazing on this lab. Plus the orange streak? I have a lot of blue/green flashes but the purple/orange combo is A++.

Every piece in the mystery box is amazing! The huge slab of tourmaline in quartz is so beautiful and something I've wanted in my collection. The volcanic agate sphere is so pretty in person, the picture doesn't do it justice.
